United States Navy Band Sea Chanters to Perform

The Carroll County Arts Council is pleased to be a part of Westminster efforts to celebrate the 145th Memorial Day Commemoration by hosting a free concert by The United States Navy Band “Sea Chanters” on Tuesday, May 22 at 7 pm at the Carroll Arts Center.

Joel Cocklin is a native of Westminster, Maryland. He graduated from Westminster Sr. High School in 1965, and graduated from Findlay College, Findlay, Ohio in 1969 with a Bachelors of Arts (B.A.) degree in psychology. He earned a Master of Divinity (M.Div.) degree from Winebrenner Theological Seminary in 1972.
